Throughout our lives we are all going to be knocked down. It will always be easier to stay on the sideline.  It takes courage, resilience, strong desire and an internal fire to step over that line and return to the field. Getting knocked down is part of life - it's part of the game - and when we get knocked down there is only one voice in our head that we should listen to. It's the one that's telling us to "Get Back in the Game!"

Winners Win

When it all comes down to the last play and everything is on the line, who are you going to give the ball to? You give the ball to the guy or gal that excels and plays their absolute best when the stakes are highest - the one that thrives on the biggest stage and isn't afraid to put themselves out there no matter the result. You give the ball to a winner... because winners win.

Halftime

A tale of two halves... Can you think of a time or two where your first half had you pinned up against the wall? Where all signs pointed to a loss. A time when the momentum was all on the other side? We all can. The question for today, is how can we use our own halftime to create the mid-game adjustments we need to come out on fire during our second half and redefine the expected outcome? The whistle just blew - it's time for halftime.

The Opposition Gets a Vote

We all have goals, objectives, and game plans to get us to where we want to go and who we want to become. We put in the work and the reps, and we grind to make our desired future a reality. And sometimes, no matter how much time and effort we put in. No matter how hard we train. No matter how much we sacrificed. No matter how bad we want it... sometimes, we still lose. Why? Well, no matter what we did to prepare, our opposition prepared as well.
