Let Your Character Create Your Legacy

In sports, a player's legacy is often cemented by incredible stats, broken records and championships. The truly great are even enshrined in their sport's Hall of Fame. Fans of all ages will walk the halls of those Hall of Fame buildings and be reminded of their greatness for years to come. And what about the rest of us? Is it really about what we do that defines a meaningful legacy, or is it more about what we spent our time being and becoming throughout our lives? Or how we've consistently shown up and been of service to others? Let's find out...

What Wolf Will You Feed?

How often do we experience an inner turmoil about how to be and react in certain situations, conversations or in life? Why is it that we let the negativity, anger, frustration and ego take over and, at times, define who we are in the moment... Be More Selfish!

As we aspire to do and become more, we will inevitably have more and more people relying on and looking to us to perform, deliver, inspire and lead. Therefore, if we are to serve those that rely on us to perform our very best, then we must be selfish at times to make sure we are prioritizing our own body, mind, and spirit - we need to ensure our Inner Athlete is prepared and primed to play at its best.
